Vulkan Bookstore

The Vulkan bookstore chain was created in June 2010 under the slogan "Eruption of Ideas". It was
started by two prominent Belgrade publishers "Mono & Manjana" and "Alnari", which later merged into
Vulkan Publishing.

Ten out of the twenty-one bookstores are located in Belgrade (Cultural Center of Belgrade, Ušće
Shopping Center, Delta City, TC Mercator, SC Stadion Voždovac, RK Zvezda Zemun, Sremska 2, Bulevar
City Store, SC Karaburma, Beteks Banovo brdo). The remaining eleven bookstores are located
throughout Serbia, specifically in Niš, Novi Sad, Zrenjanin, Čačak, Kragujevac, Šabac, Užice and Pančevo.
Our offer is primarily made up of books from all domestic publishers. We were guided by the idea of
offering the readership a quality selection of books, all in one place. You can choose fiction, non-fiction,
popular science, art, encyclopedias, children’s books, science and epic fantasy, whatever you wish to
read depending on your affinities.
What makes Vulkan different is the large selection of books in foreign languages in the fields of
architecture, design, art, and graphic design. You have the opportunity to find a large number of
worldwide bestsellers that have not yet been translated into Serbian.
At Vulkan bookstores you can also find a rich selection of gift items and souvenirs, as well as stationery,
music, and so on.
